Join the Berkeley Nikkei Seniors Group at the North Berkeley Senior Center!

The meeting includes and exercise and lunch program for Japanese and Japanese-American seniors living in the East Bay area.   The goal of this meeting is to foster a sense of community through serving culturally appropriate foods and providing activities that promote a healthy lifestyle.
