DESCRIPTION:“Hold These Truths\,” the story and journey of Gordon Hirabayashi and written by playwright Jeanne Sakata\, comes to SF Cowell Theater on Saturday\, Nov. 18\, 2017 for a one-day only performance. \nTickets go on sale Oct. 1.  \nThe dramatic reading will benefit the San Francisco JACL‘s “Arts and  Activism” programs and Anti-Bullying Educational Campaign. \nGreg Watanabe (Allegiance) presents an amazing portrayal of Gordon Hirabayashi in his solo performance. \nThere is a matinee performance and a special evening show\, which includes a panel discussion with attorneys Dale Minami and Don Tamaki\, both of the coram nobis legal team\, which worked to vacate Fred Korematsu’s WW II conviction.   The evening show shall also include a catered reception.  \nPlease contact San Francisco JACL at sfjacl@yahoo.com for more information \n
